We are happy to share our product research with you, make skin care product recommendations, discuss application techniques and answer any questions you might have. If we don’t have the information you seek, we’ll research the question and get back to you. We personally answer all calls possible. This is an important part of our customer service policy. Any calls we are unable to answer will be returned within 24 hours.

Shipping Information

Free Shipping: Free USPS or Fedex Ground is provided on order(s) over $49 or more. (US addresses ONLY). Package(s) weight under 13oz will be shipped by USPS First Class Mail. Package(s) weight over 13oz will be shipped by either USPS Priority Mail or Fedex Ground unless otherwise preferred shipping method is chosen.
Domestic Orders & Shipments: We ship domestic packages either by USPS or Fedex Ground on orders via our Free Shipping Promotion. Estimate delivery times shipped via USPS or Fedex Ground are usually 3-7 business days. Expedite shipping options are also available by clicking the dropdown menu under Shipping Method. Fedex 2nd shipments are received within 2 business days, next day shipments are received within one business day. You may monitor the status of your shipment at any time by signing in to your My Account. Refused Shipments: Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly while placing an order. If a shipped order is refused by customer upon attempted delivery, purchaser will be responsible for all shipping costs in addition, including the re-delivery charges. We will not be responsible for lost packages in the case of incomplete or incorrect shipping address entered during ordering. Incorrect Shipping Addresses: Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly while placing an order. If a shipped order is refused by customer upon attempted delivery, purchaser will be responsible for all shipping costs in addition, including the re-delivery charges. We will not be responsible for lost packages in the case of incomplete or incorrect shipping address entered during ordering. Sales Taxes: You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our warehouse. Our warehouse is located in TEXAS, USA International Orders & Shipments: International Shipping Methods are the choice of customer’s. Estimate delivery times varies depends on the carrier you choose. Shipping fees are automatically calculated by order total weight at check out. No free shipping is provided on international orders. Variety shipping methods are provided for your preference. Custom processing delays may occur if a shipment is held for random custom inspection in the country where the shipment is going to. These types of foreign custom related delays are beyond our control. Other delays that are beyond our control such as but not limited to: holiday schedules, natural disasters, weather conditions, etc. Shipping fees are not refundable under such circumstances. If USPS is your choice of shipping method, customers are responsible for contacting their local post office to arrange for a parcel pick-up or re-delivery if the first delivery attempt is failed. If Fedex is your choice of shipping method, please contact us for assistant if the package(s) does not arrive in expected delivery time. You may monitor the status of your shipment at any time by signing in to your My Account. If a shipped order is refused by customer upon attempted delivery, purchaser will be responsible for all shipping costs in addition, including the re-delivery charges. Duties & Taxes: International customers are responsible for all the applicable custom duties and taxes of the destination country. International Orders: Shipping fees are calculated based on weights and countries. International Buyers will be able to see the rates at the end of checkout before purchasing. Return and Refunds: Merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns must be in re-sellable condition with all parts included. Skin Care products are not returnable if it is tested or opened. It may take up to 7 days to process a return.
Insurance is recommended as we will not be responsible for Lost or Damanged packages. We provide free shippings to the US addresses when the order is over $49; however, the original shipping fees via our Free Shipping Promotion will be deducted from the refund total when a merchandise is returned. Customers are responsible on both return shipping fees and shipping fees that are spent when we first ship your order on a returned merchandise.
We reserve the right to refuse any skin care products that has been previously opened and/or used. Such opened and/or used skin care products will be documented and returned to the customer at the customer’s expenses.
Return Shipment Instructions:
- Carefully read through our Return Policy above.
- Please ensure that you enclose a copy of your original Invoice with your RMA Number listed.
- Make sure that returned merchandise is securely packed in a sturdy box to prevent damage during transit. PalaciaSkinCare is not responsible for a damaged merchandise during transit and will not be able to issue refunds.
- All refunds will be issued upon receipt of returns.

Payment & Cancellations

Payment Options: Credit Cards (Visa, Master, American Express) or Paypal only. No Money Orders or Personal Checks is accepted. Your transaction will be completed by CDG merchant service. Cancellations: Please make cancellation before 12:00pm by e-mail: sales@palaciaskincare.com. Most orders are shipped the next business day. If order has been shipped refer to Return & Refunds. Holiday Shipping: The last day for holiday shipping guaranteed delivery by Christmas as follows. Domestic order: December 11th
. International order: November 25th. All orders must be received by 12:00pm EST".

All records of our customer's credit card information will be destroyed after the order is completed. Your transaction is completed by Authorize.net merchant service.
