When will my order ship?

We usually ship orders within 48 hours, unless/otherwise notified. After placing your order, you may click the "My Account" link at the top of our site to track the status of your order. Your shipment confirmation and tracking information will be displayed within your account.

 

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Domestic Orders & Shipments: We ship domestic packages either by USPS or Fedex Ground on orders via our Free Shipping Promotion. Estimate delivery times shipped via USPS or Fedex Ground are usually 3-7 business days. Expedite shipping options are also available by clicking the dropdown menu under "Shipping Method". Fedex 2nd shipments are received within 2 business days, next day shipments are received within one business day.

You may monitor the status of your shipment at any time by signing in to your "My Account".

Refused Shipments: Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly while placing an order. If a shipped order is refused by customer upon attempted delivery, purchaser will be responsible for all shipping costs in addition, including the re-delivery charges. We will not be responsible for lost packages in the case of incomplete or incorrect shipping address entered during ordering.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses: Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly while placing an order. If a shipped order is refused by customer upon attempted delivery, purchaser will be responsible for all shipping costs in addition, including the re-delivery charges. Sales Taxes: You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our warehouse. Our warehouse is located in TEXAS, USA.

International Orders & Shipments: International Shipping Methods are the choice of customer’s. Estimate delivery times varies depends on the carrier you choose. Custom processing delays may occur if a shipment is held for random custom inspection in the country where the shipment is going to. These types of foreign custom related delays are beyond our control.

Other delays that are beyond our control such as but not limited to: holiday schedules, natural disasters, weather conditions, etc. Shipping fees are not refundable under such circumstances.

Refused Shipments: Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly while placing an order. We will not be responsible for lost packages in the case of incomplete or incorrect shipping address entered during ordering.

Click on "Proceed To Checkout". If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.

At Palacia Skin Care, all products are offered with the manufacturer's warranty (please refer to product description page for details). Read carefully for information on our return policy prior to purchase.

Skin Care Product Returns:

  • There will be 10% Re-Stocking Fees on all returns.
  • Skin Care Products are NOT returnable once the packaging or container has been opened and/or used.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any skin care products that have been previously opened and/or used.
  • Any skin care product returned by the customer that has been previously opened will be documented and returned to the customer at the customer’s own expense.
  • Eligible returns MUST BE returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Eligible returns may take up to 7 days to process.
  • Original shipping fees that made through the "Free Shipping Promotion" will be deducted from the refund total when an merchandise is returned.
  • Customers are responsible on both return shipping fees and shipping fees that are spent when we first ship your order when returning an item.

Beauty Device and Machine Returns:

  • There will be 10% Re-Stocking Fees on all returns.
  • Products MUST be returned with all parts included, such as: user manual, accessaries, adapter, charging base, etc.
  • All beauty devices and machines are returnable within 30 days from the date of purchase; however, due to the limited support that we receive from the distributors or manufactures, we now charge 10% re-stocking fee on all returns.
  • Original shipping fees that are made through the "Free Shipping Promotion" will be deducted from the refund total when a merchandise is returned.
  • Customers are responsible on both return shipping fees and shipping fees that are spent when we first ship your order when returning an item.

Warranty:

  • At PalaciaSkinCare, we offer 12 months Warranty on every device and machine.
  • Defective merchandise will be either repaired or replaced.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs to forward a defective merchandise to our facility for warranty repair or replacement.
  • The EXACT shipping fees will be charged for returning the repaired or replaced merchandise to the customers.
  • If an defective merchandise is determined to be damaged due to mal-use, accident, neglect or improper voltage use, PalaciaSkinCare will not be responsible for repairing or replacement.

Return Shipment Instructions:

  • Please ensure that you enclose a copy of your original Invoice.
  • Make sure that returned merchandise is securely packed in a sturdy box to prevent damage during transit. PalaciaSkinCare is not responsible for a damaged merchandise during transit and will not be able to issue refund.
