Shipping & Returns

Domestic Free Shipping (with purchases over $99)
Free USPS or Fedex Ground delivery is provided on orders over $99. (US addresses ONLY - Hawaii & Alaska do not apply).

Package Delivery System
Packages weighing under 13oz will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Packages weighing over 13oz will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or Fedex Ground unless another preferred shipping method is chosen.

No Drop Shipper - For quality control purposes, Palacia stocks all of its own inventory. This helps reduce shipping time and ensures the product is packed properly.

Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time via USPS or Fedex Ground delivery is usually 3-7 business days.  Expedited shipping is available upon check out. If your package is shipped via USPS and you receive a failed delivery notice, you are responsible for contacting your local post office to arrange for a parcel pick-up or re-delivery. If your package is shipped via Fedex and does not arrive on time, please contact Palacia for assistance.  You may monitor the status of your shipment by signing in to your My Account.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Upon checkout, please be sure to review your shipping address. If a shipped package cannot be delivered, the purchaser will be responsible for all shipping costs including re-delivery charges. Palacia will not be responsible for lost packages due to incomplete or incorrect shipping information.

International Orders
Estimated delivery time on international orders varies depending on shipping method. Shipping fees are calculated upon check out and are based on the total weight. There is no free shipping provided for international orders.  Custom processing delays may occur due to package inspections, inclement weather, holiday schedules, etc. Shipping fees are non refundable.

Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for all applicable custom duties and taxes of their destination country.

Skin Care Product Returns:

  • Opened or used Skin Care Products CANNOT BE RETURNED.
  • Any opened or used skin care product returned by the customer will be documented and returned at the customer's own expense.
  • Eligible returns MUST BE returned within 30 days from purchase date and may take up to 7 days to process.
  • If return was part of a free shipping promotion, the EXACT original shipping fees will be deducted from the refund total.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping fees associated with the returned product(s).

Beauty Device and Machine Returns:

  • All beauty devices and machines must be returned with all accessories/parts included within 30 days from the date of purchase (minus a 10% restocking fee).
  • If returned item was part of a free shipping promotion, the original shipping fees will be deducted from the refund total.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping fees associated with the returned product(s).

Warranty:

  • At Palacia Skin Care, all beauty devices are offered with a manufacturer's warranty. If the product is defected within the warranty time, we will fix it for you at no cost. (Please note that shipping fees are not refundable).
  • Merchandise damaged DURING TRANSIT will either be repaired or replaced from the date of purchase and Palacia will cover all shipping fees.
  • If the returned merchandise is deemed damaged due to misuse, accident, neglect or improper voltage implementation, Palacia Skin Care will not be responsible for the repair or replacement of the device and customer will be responsible for all return shipping fees and will be charged the original shipping fee.

Return Shipment Instructions:

  • Carefully read through our Return Policy above.
  • Please enclose a copy of your original invoice.
  • Make sure that returned merchandise is securely packed in a sturdy box to prevent damage. Palacia Skin Care will not issue a refund for any merchandise damaged during transit.
  • All refunds will be issued upon receipt of returns.
